is a small business just like yours. One big difference is

there are no employees. Each Virtual
Assistant ("VA")is a
small
business owner. There may only be one in the office, but we
are
networked all over the USA and Canada to provide products
and services
on an @s-Needed
basis.
This can be done for less
than you would pay an
employee. Most of the VA's are primarily
involved in the clerical and
administrative type assignments. Others focus on accounting
and
bookkeeping activities. Still other virtual
assistants specialize in niche
skills
such as web site design and maintenance, desktop publishing, Internet
marketing, etc. For Realtors, we offer Transaction Coordinator
services.
Chances are that no matter what
you need help with, we can find a VA
that can solve your problem. If the service is
not available
from @s-Needed, then
we will locate a VA for you.
Since VA's work virtually, from
their own office, by Internet contact,
telephone contact, fax or email contact, it does not matter where they
are. The assignment can still be completed professionally and
in
the time agreed upon and delivered to you by the same methods or by
mail or courier service.
You are no longer limited by
your staff size and their skills.
