@BOUT US
@s-Needed VA
was created as the result of the increasing necessity for small
businesses to downsize due to economic squeezing. With that
downsizing comes added stress and work load on the remaining staff.
This results in overworked employees who no longer enjoy
their
work and may resent the management. There was a need for
part-time assistance to get through the rough spots from time to time.
We are better than temps, we are professionals you can use
"on a
budget."
Enter the Virtual
Assistant, "VA".
The staff of @s-Needed VA
has experience in a variety of
backgrounds and skill levels.
Some
work under more experienced VA's but have their own unique talents and
skills. We have bookkeeping, general clerical,
administrative, sales,
web site design, marketing (online and offline), database
creation and management, legal and business
transcription, legal document preparation, scheduling, event
management, and many more skills and professions too varied to
list.
If @s-Needed does
not have the capacity to handle an assisngment in-house, we can locate
a Virtual Assistant in our network that can handle it for you.
The local office is located in rural South Carolina near Columbia (the
State capital).
We
provide our own office space, equipment and supplies, pay our own taxes
and insurance, and work a flexible schedule. Most of the
staff
are part of the X-Generation of Work-at-Home-Moms (WAHM) and
are
professionals who have chosen to care for their families and their
career from the same location. That does not mean the work
quality or professionalism is reduced. Actually it is enhanced because
our VA's are happy to be able to do what they are skilled at in their
own home office away from the dialy interruptions of the typical work
place environment and without the time consuming commute to the office.
Our
staff looks forward to working with your staff in helping your business
thrive and improving your bottom line by providing
professional @s-Needed
Virtual Assistance.
